Beat my goal
My goal is 4350 calories burned per week, i have not only reached but passed that today and I have two days of the week left to burn burn burn......... Just had to share, feeling good about that, it's been a little while since I have even come close! :wink:

So close but no cigar....
I did a weigh in this morn and I figured an attainable goal was 125 by 25 and I was two and a half pounds away. I figured I should be happy with that. There is no way I am losing 2 and a half pounds in under 24 hours but that is close enough for government work!!!!!:drinker:

It Worked
No medications for my diabetes. I had 3 months to loose some weight to see if I could control my diabetes without medication.
