Well today I weighed in at less than I have in probably 6 years. Im an even 250, 20lbs less than what I started MFP at, probably closer to 40 lbs down from when I started working out a few years ago. Hope everyone is doing well out there, we can do it!

So I weighed myself today and I have lost 25 pounds! That means I *only* have 99 to go! Which puts me down 1/5 of the way, and IT'S UNDER 100 POUNDS TO LOSE! YAY!!!! I know I'd be happy to hit this goal, really motivates me to keep going! :happy:

New Distance Goal Reached--and broken!
I set out today to set a new biking distance of 50 miles--- WELLL, I did that plus 2.7 more for a total of 52.7 miles!!!!!!!!! It took me 4 hours and 10 minutes. And, in the process, I burned up.................drum roll please! 2441 FREAKING CALORIES! HOLY COW! How am I going to eat all of that!

Two weeks later...
It has been 2 weeks since I started down the path to losing weight and feeling better. As of this morning, I have lost 10 lbs thanks to a 1200 cal diet and exercise. I think thats a pretty good start! :happy:

At the doctors today it was great!
OK, I have been having to go to the doctors almost every week to every 3 weeks minimum for almost 2 years now.
