I've set a few mini goals for myself. I started at 145. My first goal is 138 (pre-baby), and I plan to eat pizza for a whole day when I get there. My second goal is to be back in the 120's (pre-husband weight). I don't know what I plan to eat for the day. Maybe bacon cheeseburgers and french fries. But from what I hear,…

Post-vacation check-in
Hey all, I just returned from 2 weeks in France. Steaks and pastries and fries, oh my! But all the walking and swimming in the sea balanced out. I am thankfully still the same weight as when I left  I will start logging again next week after an old friend's visit this weekend. I can't wait to be back.

Then yesterday, it was 8/10 pound loss. This morning, I got on the scale, almost afraid to open my eyes but I do and I see.....…

First 5 pounds down
OK, I know its not much compared to many of you but I haven't lost weight like this ever. Most of the weight I have lost in the past has been due to a fad diet or something and it just came right back. This time I feel like I earned the weight loss. So, I feel great about this! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free…

Proud of myself!
 I don't know if any of you are familiar with Jennifer Kries' Pilates Method dvd series, but I tried her Precision Pilates dvd and loved it. College Weight
As of yesterday, I am officially down to my pre-freshman TWENTY!!! I a lot of it was just going back to my parents fat-free kitchen food and not my dorm's full-fat all-you-can-eat. I still have a ways to go till I get to my goal, but this was such a big benchmark for me! Anyone else in college out there?

people are noticing...
We went for a play date today with a friend whom I've not seen in a good 3 weeks. When we showed up at the park she just went completely nuts. I finally asked her to stop because I was getting seriously self-conscious. She was going on about how much thinner my face and collar area are, how my torso looks more toned and I…
