I'm so Happy!
This isn't a full success story, but a victory if you may. Everytime I walk, i try to jog for awhile without stopping, and today (just right now actually) I finish walking, and was able to jog 3 mins. non stop ...I'm so happy! :bigsmile:

I did it!! I broke my old distance cycling record! I put in 3 loops around my house today--the area around it--each one was 21.6 WHICH MEANS I RODE FOR 64.8 MILES! I ate 2 meals today :)
I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but for me, it is. I ate a sleeve of crackers (wow, I know but still) And then I consumed a plate of pork roast dinner :D I am pleased (scared but pleased) I weighed in at 108 today which is better than the 105 of last week.

YAY ME!!!
I've been wearing a size 16-18 tops and noticing they were kind of loose on me. A while back I ihad bought a couple size 12-14 tops and put them in my closet until I could fit nto it. I tried one on this morning and it fit perfectly. I'm so excited! WOOHOO!!! :happy: :happy: :happy:

Hula hoop
I know Wii Hula hoop wont burn as many calories as doing it in real. But still, I did 3208 in one go for both the directions; and did sweat like hell. So, I know its working. Have been doing it everyday. Now, my sides don't hurt. And its FUN! I wish they had a lil faster Aerobics/Boxing too.
