Able to complete 3 chin ups by tough mudder (end Oct 2017)
I am raising money for Legacy by completing "tough mudder" on Oct 28th, which also happens to be my 36th birthday. So I have 4 months to dramatically increase my arm strength as I currently can not even hold myself in a chin up position for more than 5 secs. Friends with a similar goal would be awesome!!
