November challenge- less stress- thankfulness
Recently went to neurologist with three migraines in a week. The scale hasn't budged in nearly three weeks. During the month of November, I am going set aside at least 15 minutes a day to de-stress and meditate. I hope these things will help change my current conditions.

No sugar November
I try cutting down my sugar intake and in the end I just end up eating a whole lot more than I should.This is a whole month no sugar challenge !!!! 1.no sugar 2.no honey or agave 3.no artificial sweeteners Sugar in natural forms like fruit is allowed though.
