20-40-60-80 Challenge
How about we commit...for one week...to do 20 pushups, 40 sit-ups, plank for 60 seconds, and drink 80 ounces of water per day! Just see how good you feel at the end of the day and then repeat it the next weeks...but maybe increase!!!
