Not losing weight

Trouble with water gain
Hi, I have been on program for over 30 days, I have lost 6 pounds which is a real achievement. I have been on prednisone daily for 10 years and its difficult to lose weight. Nov 1, 11,008 Nov 2, 12,346 Nov 3, 10,453 Nov 4, 10,091 I've been walking for about 8 weeks now. Been having a lot of trouble with my legs being very sore. Also my ankles and feet. Getting new shoes got new inserts and started wearing my support hose. All of that seems to work quite well.
