Bad day
Yesterday was a bad food day for me. Amazing how fast the weight comes back . Today was supposed to be my cheat day as it is my daughters birthday. I've planned most of the food so that I can have it. Hope I stay strong.

Nov 1, 11,008 Nov 2, 12,346 Nov 3, 10,453 Nov 4, 10,091 I've been walking for about 8 weeks now. Been having a lot of trouble with my legs being very sore. Also my ankles and feet. Getting new shoes got new inserts and started wearing my support hose. All of that seems to work quite well.

November challenge- less stress- thankfulness
Recently went to neurologist with three migraines in a week. The scale hasn't budged in nearly three weeks. During the month of November, I am going set aside at least 15 minutes a day to de-stress and meditate. I hope these things will help change my current conditions.
