Raw vegan challenge
I am just coming off a 40 day juice fast and will be transitioning to a raw vegan diet. It's something I've done in the past and have been vegan for 3 years. I feel so great when I eat only raw foods (fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds). Does anyone want to join me?

I did good on my eating today but not one shred of exercise was experienced today. I was pulled in all kinds of directions are work today so by time I picked up my daughter, made dinner and cleaned up, I was spent. With all of that said, I feel like I'm making excuses.
