Biggest Loser Challenge - Starting April 1

Lose 1 inch by may 21, 2016
Muscle weighs more than fat so I'm going to not look at the scale till may 21st. Instead I'll use measuring tape to see my progress. I'm going to sweat 6 days of the week and try my best to stay in my allotted calories.
