Hi, I lost 18 lbs last year. I kept it off till 4-5 weeks ago. I put on 4-5 lbs. I actually lost more on a betting app for weight loss but it scared me and I gained 7 lbs from that point. I am ready to at least lost the weight I had originally lost last year, so 6 lbs. Feels good you are all here trying to do the same.
