Intermittent Fasting - add the VERY COMMON 18/6 Plan as well as a Customization Option
I was very surprised to learn that the Intermittent Fasting facility has no 18/6 plan!!!!! This is HUGELY popular and yet not available as an option. Furthermore, it might be great to add a Customization option so that people can add whatever I.F. timing they so wish.

Track exercise calories based on weight and height
Sometimes when i add in my exercise i notice the number of calories i burn seems way too high. I am 177lbs and 5'2 in height . Longer Intermittent fasting
Please,please add this feature of a longer intermitent fasting. I fast for more than 24hrs and I have to use another app to track that. Also, sometimes due to the time diffrence , it doesn't allow me to add the fast as it's on the same day. And as well allow editing the water goal. Thanks!

Enable Recipe Searchs by Specific Food

Glucose feature for non diabetics
I would like there to be a feature that scores each food for its glycemic index and maybe even gives an estimated stability score based on the days food consumption. Without having to give actual blood glucose readings. Keeping the sugars stable is key to weight loss and maintenance.

Ability to manually enter steps
