Hi guys, this apps uses the actual macro content or the weight of the food? Eg. 100g of jasmine rice has about 45g carbs. So would the app be recording it as 100g or 45g of carbs?

Macro split seems to change on Saturdays automatically
Hi, Just reaching out and seeing if anyone else is facing the same issue. I've set my carb goal to be 20g It seems to work, except that for some weird reason, it seems to be different for saturdays - and they increase it (even in the future dates). Anyone faced this issue before?

Hello everyone, Why do you think the all doesn't take into account net carbs vs total carbs? I believe the math behind that is fairly simple (just take total carbs and substract fibers) so not sure why it's not possible to view or even set net carbs vs total carbs goals. Best low calorie foods.
A medication I take has to be taken with 350 calories minimum for absorption and be taken before bed as it makes me very sleepy.
