Okay. So I’ve been trying to make better decisions & I am not on a strict diet. I am using MFP to help me see what I’m doing wrong and eventually move into a strict diet. Here is the problem 👇🏻 I have not met my macro goals, but I have 0 carbs left & have not eaten dinner. What should I do?

Pasta everyday
So...as I currently have a very busy lifestyle and it is hard for me to have homemade food, would it be healthy to have Batchelors - Cheese and Broccoli Pasta N Sauce everyday for lunch? If I achieve the calorie amount for each day would it still be okay as it seems to be quite healthy for you?

Once it hits around 10 pm all I think about is food, the taste the smell, the texture... How to stop thinking about food? I already had supper. This is driving me crazy! I try drinking more water, or broth but nothing is working. Thanks in advance for any help.

We got some swiss chalet ribs from the grocery store for dinner. It says 140g is 280 calories. How do I measure that out so I eat that portion without over eating?

310 Shake help!
Decided to take the dive and try 310 shakes, I should be getting my bundle by Friday . I plan on using it for lunch replacement. I got chocolate and Mocha . Tell me what you add, what you do! Do you just do the powder plus milk or water? What do you add? Fruits ? Ice? Want to keep it under 250 calories total... help!?!?

Natural Sugar Total
I have a question. My settings state I am allowed 86g per day. My weekly average has been 83g. I eat only fruit no added sugar ever. Why is my settings so high and am I eating too much sugar?

Need at-home date-night meal ideas
Prior to starting (again), and getting serious (again) about losing weight (for good this time), my husband and I would have weekly date nights where we would share a loaf of good bread, assorted cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments.
