How do I modify the food log entry?
So I went to WholeFoods and got the chicken bowl without the teriyaki sauce which is high in calories and fat. I dont know how to edit this into the diary where I can remove the sauce so I can see how many calories I ate.

Which Nutrition Sites Do You Trust?
I'm trying to figure out the nutrition stats for beef tenderloin (i.e., filet mignon). I'm finding wildly variant numbers on different sites which seems weird to me. I don't think I've had this issue with other meats. Has anyone else run into this? Do you have a particular site you trust?

HOOKED on sugar
I am having trouble decreasing/eliminating my sugar intake. I crave it like crazy. If I have one cookie or one piece of cake my mind begins to focus on that and I can’t get it off of it. It’s like an addiction. How do I get off sugar?

Retrospective diary entries
Over the last few weeks I have been unable to enter food values and excercise for the previous day. I work out quite late and it is sometimes after midnight when I finish. Similarly if I forget to enter food or eat very late it won’t allow input. It used to. Why has this changed?

Calories in and calories out
If my daily calories are 1300, there is no way I can burn up that many calories to put them into deficit. From what I read you can only lose weight by burning up more calories than what you put in your mouth. In an average day my active calories are around 450. How does this calorie in and calorie out work?

I'm a true Endomorph. Endomorph supposedly don't tolerate carbs well. The sample macro breakdown I found for endos is 25% carb, 40% fat, 35% protein. Do you guys follow that?
