Post swimming - I'm starving
I've only been swimming twice so far in 2 weeks. Week 1 I managed 300m and week 2 I managed 775m. But I'm absolutely ravenous about half hour after I have finished. Any idea on a meal that would help curb that as I dont want to undo all the work I just put in... thanks x

Like 5 to 12 thousand calories a day... bit how about water? I know that Khloe drinks 5 or 6 litres a day. Anyone beat that?

Cheap but tasty steak?
Found a recipe I'd like to try, but it calls for 1 inch thick New York Strips. I looked at my local store and they were $20/pound! Negative on that. Anyway, it's an air fryer recipe so I wouldn't feel right doing expensive steaks in it. What are good alternatives that are way better priced and tasty to?

So chicken is probably my favorite protein to prep, however every time i prep chicken it seems like the next day when i reheat it, it tastes funny . This goes for shredded, grilled or baked chicken. Any tips on how to make leftover prep chicken to taste almost as freshly made/flavorful?
