Hi im a 32year old male and 83 kg and want to lose 8kg. I gym (weight training) 5 days a week and my daily calories are calculated to an intake of 10 000 no matter what i change it stays vetween 9000 and 10 000 calories a day.... please help i cannot consume so much food....😥

I have noticed that the amount of servings per container in a standard size can of beans is typically listed as “about 3.5” and 130g per serving. I’m assuming this is including the liquid.
