So I've been tracking my food the whole month, and I've noticed I am consistently not getting enough calcium and iron. I can't eat/drink milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc. But I am also a woman, so I know how important calcium and iron are. Do you have any meal recommendations for how I can incorporate more calcium and…

Cleaning and using old iron crank meat grinder
Some time ago, my Mom was going to get rid of her old meat grinder, so I brought it home. I recently ended up with too much chuck stew beef, so am going to grind some of it for a recipe calling for ground beef. It's a little rusty - any suggestions for cleaning it? And then tips for using it? I've read the parts and meat…

Does fruit tea count as water intake?

Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) & KETO
Hi there! A little over 6 months ago I was diagnosed with IBS-M which is a mix of IBS C & D. Lucky me right?! My doctor suggested using the FODmap diet to help relieve symptoms. calcium in chia seeds & oatmeal
Hello, I noticed the calcium in chia seeds that I am showing in the food diary for chia is WAY off - i teaspoon is showing 32% of RDA for calcium |(which would be 320 mg - it is likely more like 32 mg) This is crazy! Has anyone else noticed inaccurate amounts of nutrients? Similarly, .5 cup of dry oameal is showing 2% (20…
