Protein power has about 25g of protein per serving. Milk has about 12g per 8 oz. Why should I take protein power instead of 16oz of milk? Assume I love to drink milk.

How many calories should I be eating per meal? I know this differs person to person depending on the daily caloric intake goals but I mostly trying to figure out if all meals should be equal or if for example I should be eating a low calorie breakfast and dinner and a high calorie lunch?

Maize meal porridge
Please advise. A "portion" of maize meal comes up as 100g. Is this cooked or dry? Because dry it makes a heck of a lot of porridge, but cooked it's not so much but the calories is over 300.

Currently I am on 1600 cal/day . 25% of those are my allotted carbs. However I seem to be hitting my carbs and still having 300+ calories remaining... I am eating well , having snacks and 3 meals a day... any pointers on what to do? Adding veggies doesn’t seem to work for calories but does for carbs .. looking for tips .

Why are my insides grumbling?

Is anybody fasting? I've tried 16 hours fast with 8 hour eating window and struggled. Thinking 12 hours is more doable, but not sure if that's as helpful with weight loss. Any suggestions/tips?

tasty way to add fiber?
