Cutting out tea (sugar), white bread
Hi all, so I'm a re-starter. No shame in it. Bit I think the reason I have failed so many times is because when I start I cut out things I enjoy eg. Tea (because I take it with 2 sugars 🙄) and white bread. Do you think it's best to go cold turkey with things like this or to gradually cut it out?

How to record cooking oils?
When I saute food in ghee, there's ghee in the pan when I'm done. I don't eat it, but of course some must absorb into the food. Same with any oil/butter. So, how do I record that? Do I add in the amount I cook with, even though I'm not ingesting most of those calories? Or, add in half?

Way too good to be true.
I get up at 3 and usually spend 3 hours per day average working out. I usually eat breakfast when I get home and immediately start thinking about lunch. I usually finish lunch by 1200 so I can start the clock for two hours because I have to take Cytomel for hypothyroidism and then wait another hour after I take it to eat.…

Sodium in raw veg?
I grow silverbeet in my garden. When I enter it in the food diary, it comes up with 185mg of sodium for 100g for raw silverbeet. This seems really high to me. How can a raw vegetable have so much sodium in it?
