I didn't believe it but.....
I am really very surprised that Greek Yogurt tastes about exactly the same as sour cream. I thought for the longest time that there was no way. I just had lower fat soft tacos and used this instead of sour cream and I could not tell the difference. So glad I finally tried this. Sour cream is gone forever!!!!

Nutri-bullet necessary?
I am considering buying a nutri-bullet and I'm wondering if anyone has an opinion on it's necessity. I do like smoothies and protein shakes, but thus far I've just used my blender. Inflammation Factor for Foods?
Hi. This morning when I went to the doctor's office, I was told about foods that have an inflammation factor. They gave me a website to look at and a brief introduction to it. I could eat a man to shame these days
So I've finally been able to get back into the gym and begin lifting again. 3 times a week, based roughly around the NROLFW. Along with that I'll try to get in some cardio. But let me just say that I am ashamed at the amount of food I can eat. Most days I'm hitting 1700-1800, when I want to stay within 1300-1400. And it's…

Calories v. TDEE and BMR?
So I have mfp set for me to net around 1400 calories a day. I calculated my BMR which is about 1550, so if I didn't do much all day that's how much I'd supposedly burn. Then I was calculating my TDEE and I selected light exercise because I just started back to exercising, even though I work out more than 3 days a week now…

Eating every couple of hours??
My husband swears by eating every couple of hours and I'm of the mindset that I'll eat when I'm hungry. I don't always eat first thing in the morning, most days its about 11 or 11:30. But by the end of the day, I do have all my calories in minus about half of my workout calories. Do you find that it's better to his way? Or…

How Do I Stop Mental Hunger?
I keep blowing through my daily calorie goal and want to get it under control. Physically I am full, but my mind tells me "Eat more! Clean your plate! Isn't there some chocolate in the pantry?
