Too much Protein?
Is it bad to go over protein 4 or 5 days? When I go to the gym I eat a little extra protein (today I am having a protein bar) which has already put me over 14 more, and that is not counting dinner.

Has your palate changed?
Are you eating different foods, especially foods that you didn't like before you started dieting? I'm making myself eat yogurt for breakfast each morning bc I either eat an unhealthy greasy breakfast from McD or Whataburger, or I don't eat breakfast at all. So, I'm just replacing that w a fruit/yogurt parfait from McD.

Frozen vegetables?

How little is too little of calories to lose fat?
