Fiber per Day
Does anyone else find themselves going over the amount of fiber MFP is recommending per day? I'm just trying to balance out my macronutrients more evenly and I understand there will be days it's not perfect... but I go over my fiber ALL the time. Mine would be a 6 tablespoon white chocolate wonderful sandwich on cinnamon Raisin bread,toasted,melted lindor truffles melted and mixed with caramel and then Spread across the sandwich, with oreo crumbs spread onto the pb. Pop tarts on the side. Ahhhhhh! This sounds dreamy. What's yours?

Daily protein too high on MFP?
Women are recommended to get ~46 grams of protein a day, or 10-35% of their caloric intake (according to the internet...). So why does MFP want me to get 120 grams? For women/teenage girls 30g of sugar is how much you should be consuming in a day at most I think so does that mean I count in all the fruit sugar with the processed sugar?
