Extra calories for exercising?
So what's going on? My calorie count that I am allowed keeps going up higher with more and more exercise. Doesn't seem right to me. What good does it do to eat more? I know I don't want my body to feel deprived and think it's starving but that's an awful lot of extra food.. How is it figured out?

What classes as a glass of water in order to log?
I tend to count squash, bottles etc.. as my water glass counter thing. How many ml is a 'glass'? i tend to log a 500ml bottle as one drink. I also count decaff tea etc.. as a drink. what do you do?

Am i eating Enough?...
So Im 5'5 223 lbs and i dont know if im doing it right? I do p90x 6 days a week and i was taking in 1700 cal. a day . When i workout, i burn about 400-700 cal. in a work out but im not droping weight? I eat portion size but try not to over do it ...no soda no McDonalds ect... Am i missing somrthing?
