Fruit puts me over my sugar...Bad?
My husband and I were just talking about this and I wanted some opinions. If I eat more than one or two servings of fruit (and some veggies) I am over in the sugar catagory. I rarely, if ever, drink soda and I have cut down significantly on juice, which has reduced my sugar intake, but should I worry about fruit sugars? A…

My coworkers are making fun of my healthy eating habits
...but I'm not too bent out of shape about it. I've taken to eating whole raw tomatoes and green peppers for snacks. Because they're healthy, delicious, and I'm too lazy to cut them up in the morning. So, what's so weird about that? My co-worker eats dried orange peels, so she has no room to talk.

I go over my sugar by eating fruit, is this bad?
I have a 1200 calorie a day diet and I'm always a bit under by the end of every day, but I always go over my sugar. For example I ate an orange and that was it for my daily sugar intake. Is it bad to go over sugar if you're eating natural sugar from fruits etc.?

How many portions of fruit/veg?
Is it just me that finds hitting the daily fruit/veg target quite hard? It may become second nature, but at the moment it's a proper chore. I think I've done quite well over the past couple of days, but I think I might struggle going forward. Any tips? Edit : my food diary is open, if you want a peek.

I am new as of 1/16/2013 here and I just love the Food Diary (now that I figured it all out). I always kept a food journal in a notebook.
