Flavored Carbinated Water (Clear American, etc)
Does anyone drink this stuff? What is your opinion on it? I am trying to drink more water. I will put some mio or the crystal light packs in it (i know, the aspertame is bad) but what about this stuff? Oatmeal no longer filling
I have been back on track for a couple weeks including exercise. Oatmeal used to fill me up for 3-4 hours after eating it. Subway Coupons
I just went to Subway to use a $5 6" Combo Meal for $5 coupon. With the green tea, because it didn't include the Water Bottle, it costed me over 700 cal. Yep I am complianing because I do not believe in diet soda. Does Subway ever allow water bottles in that deal with the coupon?

thinking about making pancakes for dinner. i have a food scale and regularly weigh my food. usually i avoid foods that dont specify exactly what TYPE of serving it is, such as this: what do you think? is this supposed to be 40 grams of dry mix, or 40 grams of prepared mix?

Snacks low in Sugar but without artificial sweetners?
Anybody have any snack ideas/recipes that are low in sugar count? But not using chemical sweetners. Been at this a few weeks and have been consuming too many 100 calorie pack/packaged snack type products. Added in veggies/carrots etc but that is only going to last so long before I'm sick of it.

Healthy high calorie snacks that don't fill you up?
I'm burning off about 1000 calories a day (I'm a cardio bunny and I love it) and I can't keep up my net intake. I feel like I'm eating all day and am always full. Do you have any healthy suggestions about how I can up my intake without feeling like I'm going to pop? (I weigh my food so I know exactly how much I am eating)

How many calories should I be eating?
