So, one of my favorite things to have is Chinese food. I "try" not to have too much because of the sodlium content. However, I am craving Fish with brown sauce from a local whole in the wall. difference between Whey Protein and Soy Protein?
Please someone explain to me the difference between Whey Protein and my protein shake spiru –tein? is it just taste? I personally like Spiru-tein products as they dont have that icky after taste... Thoughts? Please and thank you!

I just started MFP and noticed that my carb intake is always low. I always have to exceed my calories in order to come close to getting the amount of carbs I'm suppose to have. How can I get more carbs without getting alot more calories?

Raw fruits and vegetables make me feel horrible

How do you count this?
This morning I had some greek yogurt that had fruit on the bottom. I rarely eat the fruit, but I like the little bit of sweetness the juice gives. I do eat all the yogurt. I know I didn't eat all the carbs associated with it, but should I just count the carbs knowing that I didn't eat them?
