Bored Eaters
How many of you are out there? I catch myself eating because I am bored all the time. I don't usually do it when I am home, mostly at work ( i have a desk job). For example last Friday I ate 6 peppermint patties at my desk because they were sitting there and I was caught up on the day.

Double Dragon Green Tea
Hi, Can anyone tell me why a cup of double dragon green tea comes up with only 3 calories but 35 grams of carbs? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/double-dragon-organic-green-tea-35779067 This is surely a mistake? Or am I suffering from low carb induced idiocy? Thanks,

Grapefruit is evil (and won't help you "burn fat")
http://tinyurl.com/d7ofhop from the article: "Experts once thought grapefruit contained a mysterious enzyme that dissolved fat, but that theory was debunked in 2011 by a study from—of all people—the Florida Citrus Department. “There is no evidence that grapefruit has fat-burning enzymes, nor is it a magic bullet for weight…

Are you sure you're doing this right?" I'm eating around 1700-1800 calories per day. Basically, I'm…
