What are some REAL butter brands?
I'm trying to find some REAL butter. I mean, not made from canola oil, or any partially hydrogenated oil, no margarine.. good ol REAL butter. But I'm not sure what brands there are? Any ideas?

How to increase veggie intake??
I have a very hard time eating any vegetables any sort of way.. the flavor really doesnt bother me, just the textures. i dont like them crunchy whatsoever! i think i would have a much higher success rate if i could just incorporate them more. Does any one else have this issue? Any suggestions?

What bread is best?
Bread is one of the main foods in my diet, I'm trying to cut it down and change the bread I eat to a healthier version but every time I'm in the bread section of Tesco there's just so much choice I have no idea where to look for the healthier ones! What's the healthier breads out there?

Protein shakes in the winter
Just thought I'd share what I love to do in the winter with my protein powder: warm milk + protein powder + blender = frothy warm yummyness. Am I the only one who does this? too many calories remaining
Hi Guys, Just interested in peoples thoughts. On days when I cycle I often have circa 3000 calories remaining. I eat as much as I can comfortably eat on these days. Apples make me hungrier - why?
If I am hungry and eat an apple, in 20 minutes I am hungrier than I was before eating the apple! If I have some peanut butter or cheese with the apple I'm fine, I just can't eat an apple by itself. Any idea why? It kind of bugs me because I really like apples...

juice more calories than eating the veggies and fruit???
maybe i'm not searching the database correctly but this is what i found. the juice of 2 apples and 2 carrots had more calories than eating the same. does adding a bit of water to the blender somehow change the calorie count or is the type of apple the problem?
