Easy medium Calorie Breakfast?
Hey, I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for a healthy and easily made breakfast with about 6-800 Calories? I've been eating a lot of muesli lately, but after a while it gets kind of bland and boring. Any input is appreciated. Thx :-)

So what exactly is a "clean" diet? I feel like it's different for everyone, but I was wondering if there were actually guidelines for a clean diet. For me personally, I view a healthy vegan diet as being a clean diet.

Advice needed about protein bars
What is your favourite protein bar? • I am looking at one without the artificial sweeteners Aspartame or Acesulfame K • That has at least 12g protein • No more than 200 cals per bar I normally make my own at home, but I was wondering if there are good options out there other than Quest bars.

I've always heard its better for breakfast to be your biggest meal of the day and then taper down the size of the meal after. Breakfast; eat like a King. Lunch; Eat like a Noble. Dinner; eat like a Pheasant. Is this true or just some old myth?
