coffee - caffeine or pesticide
I switched to organic coffee because I personally believe that the headaches are withdrawals from the pesticides and chemicals. I have nothing to back this up except my own experience. Organic coffee still has caffeine but I haven't experienced the headaches. What are your thoughts?

calorie intake vs burn
If I am only eating 1200 cal a day. And then work out and burn 3-400, then I would have only eaten 800 cal that day. Shouldn't I get back up to 1200 as minimum? Eat back those calories or not?

Incorrect foods in the database with confirmations?
Has anybody else noticed recently that many enteries have incorrect serving size or calorie counts? I have also noticed many of these have been confirmed by others. Just wondering if it is just me or if anybody has any theories. Usually the calories are off by 10-30.
