At 1400 calories, I’m having trouble getting to 140 g of protein. High protein foods are either high calorie per gram of protein (take up too many calories for the protein or expensive. Can I lift after SIBO test prep?
I had to do a diet prep and fast for 13 hrs for the SIBO breath test. The diet yesterday included only rice, shrimp, eggs, and canned white potatoes. I was hoping that by logging my meals on myfitnesspal that I'd get recommendations such as "you've only had half of your daily RDA of vitamin C this week", for example. I crush my workouts after refeed days?
I know some do a refeed day when eating in deficit, but I eat at maintenance or a couple hundred cals above. My journey began with prolonged water only fast. Ranging from 24 hours to 6 days was the max. I'm 50 pounds lighter and I'm now following the warrior diet aka 20/4 fast. Considering trying more of a carnivore diet....just meats and water for two weeks.
