For those of you who eat overnight oats - what are you adding? I have been doing strawberries, blueberries, honey, sugar-free chocolate chips and someone said I had too many carbs. I don't count carbs but wondered what others add.

Nutrient goals
Does anyone know how the percentage-based nutrient goals are calculated? For example, vitamin C and iron aren’t based in mg. It makes no sense and I wish it was just consistently mg for micronutrients.

How do you count your chickens before they roost.
So I love chicken as my protein. But I wonder if I am counting it correctly for my records. I usually cook the chicken and then weigh it, eat it, and weigh the bones and subtract that from the original number. How do you count your chicken or other meats?

Percentage of vitamin intake
I notice, vitamin C, Vitamin A for example are set to percentages, vitamin c for example we should have 124mg-1200mg daily I took in 35mg and it bites it as 200% intake for the day. Is there a way to change it from % to mg? I can’t find this. Not any literature at what myfitness pal considers 100%
