Is there a nutritional difference in the way I make my sweet potato? Like the apple's nutritious skin. I steam my sweet potatoes with the skin off. Am I losing nutritional value? As opposed to baking it with the skin on or whatever? Boiling? etc?

The right calories vs bad calories
I was wondering, I know it is better to get your calories from fruit, veggies, and whole grains (Healthy eating) But if you have days where you just don't want to eat that healthy and you eat other things that are not so healthy, will the results be the same if you do not go over your calorie limit?

May = Bad, bad, bad month for me
Ok, so I have to confess, May was a HORRIBLE month for me. I binged several times and when I say binge, I mean going over my calorie goal by 500-2,000 calories!!!!!!!!! I was half a pound from my overall goal and now I'm 3.5 pounds away!!!! I guess that is still good, but not great!!!! JUNE WILL BE BETTER!!!!!!!!!
