I exercise every other day and do not have a full 8 hour day from early am to pm. I work in the evening till 11 for 6 hours so most times it is a early dinner but still try to…

What is the best brand and type of yogurt besides plain?
I've had a nurse tell me once that she preferred Tillamook. It has quite a bit more calories than Lite and Fit. With Lite and Fit I don't feel like I'm getting the right nutrients. Anyone have any suggestions on what they prefer and or suggest.? Thanks!

So I changed my food diary to where it will show my sodium and sugar intake. The problem is that it says I can have 26 grams of sugar a day but it says I go over that number just in my morning orange juice alone. The orange juice is organic so it would be good for me because of the vitamins and what not. I'm waaaaay under…

Healthy Snack Ideas
So after 1 month of pretty diligent logging on MFP, I figured out that binging happens during snack time. I stick to my calories for my main meals, but end up exceeding the limit for snacks. Can you please give me ideas for healthy snacks (I'm vegetarian, but eggs and dairy are fine).

I have just checked Morrisons website for nutritional information for their Bakery Section. I can't see any information. I thought all supermarkets were olbiged to present this information on packaging so customers know what they are consuming. It's in the oven and I'm having it for dinner, but it would be nice to know if…

How much damage could one soft pretzel really do? Find out how many minutes of biking it takes to undo that oversized pretzel. Listing everything
Hello all, I realize I'm still new here, and I've spent a lot of time not watching what I put into my body - or how much. Yet, in listing the items for food consumed do any of you recommend listing spices, sauces, or other flavorings. I'm assuming that would increase the accuracy of one's caloric intake. Any thoughts? I…

Popcorn. Calorie count
Why is it rocket science to read a micro waveable bag of popcorn? Figuring out the calories is so hard. Just put how many calories are in a popped bag..how hard is tha?. Too much Protein?
Has anyone ever heard that eating more than your "recommended" amount of protein is bad for you or that you'll gain weight instead of losing it? I'm habitually over mine. I'm getting around 80-85 grams a day. I workout everyday too but just wondering what everyone else's thoughts were on the subject.

Cheat Treats 160 calories or less
In the past I think that my diets have failed because I deprive myself for weeks on end and then crash and burn when a craving finally gets the best of me. I can offer some assumptions and one certainty for the dinner…
