Naan Bread
I know I've seen people mention this food before, and I saw it at Wegmans last night and had to try it. I made a Naan pizza with regular pizza sauce and some part skim mozzarella. Anybody crave buffalo wings?
OK. I was craving buffalo wings so I bought some Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce and some fat-free Ranch dressing, mixed them little and ate an entire plate of celery dipped in this. There were only 2 tbsp of each so the entire snack was less than 80 cals and guess what...no more craving...it worked!

Clean Eating Mag - pizza dough question
Hey guys - Thinking of making the pizza dough recipe from the Feb/Mar 2010 Clean Eating mag. It calls for "wheat gluten" and I don't have that. Ya think it would be okay with out it? The rest of the recipe looks pretty "normal" -- yeast, whole wheat flour, honey, water, salt and EVOO. I guess I could "cheat" and mix 1/2 WW…
