Mac and Cheese
Ok, so my daddy is bringing over a ham for dinner! YAY! I want to make homemade mac and cheese as healthy as possible. My kids LOVE Mac and Cheese with ham (as do I)! but the boxed kind is killer on my efforts! Anyone have any quick-during the week-I have two kids recipes??? :wink:

Did everyone survive SuperBowl?
Gained 2 lbs and feel like crapola. Went WAY OVER calories. 7 beers at about 180/piece not to good. Food wise I did pretty well. I mean it wasnt good but it could have been much much worse. Now I am craving junk food :( Its a new day and wont be doing that for a long long time

Help with some ways to get my veggies in...
I'll admit it, I'm not a big fan of veggies. I like salad, I like lettuce and tomato on a sandwich...but that's about the end of it.
