Safflower oil??
So i read that using safflower oil or even taking it by the spoonful makes it so that fat doesn't stick to your body.. Has any one else ever heard of this?? or tried it??

How many calories for snacks?
How many calories do you try to stay around for snacks? I know alot of people do the 100 cal snacks but how much for the whole day?

I had lunch at my moms today and brought and ate the calories I had alloted for lunch....but she had homemade chili soooo...I had like 2 tsb of chili with like 10 fritos and maybe a tsb of cheese.....then tiny tsp of peach cobbler....which isn't enough to measure on the database but I know we are suppose to log everything…

Package calories vs MFP calories
I notice the calorie count on some food packaging differs than that on MFP. Would you go by the package or MFP?

True Lemon
For anyone out there who has as much trouble drinking plain water as I do, try True Lemon, if you haven't already. They're packets of crystalized lemon you can take with you wherever you go. They have zero calories, and vitamin C and taste great in water, tea, etc.

Sugar question
So MFP has a sugar limit for us (for me, its like 25 g). How do you stay w/in that goal when consuming fruit and dairy? I don't really eat many treats and when I do I am conscious of the sugar content and try to select sweet treats that have more to offer than a simple sugar rush... Just wondering what y'all think...

calories earned from exercise
Do I have to use all my calories that I earn from exercise? I ate all my calories for the day and would like to workout before I go to bed, but does that mean I have to eat the calories that I earn?

Backwards...
I am really confused right now. Since January 1st I have been eating really good food, drinking only water, eating small meals throughout the day and always staying under my calories. no fresh food for days!
I am going to a conference next week and will not have access to "healthy" stuff for 5 days. I will be staying in a hotel without a microwave or fridge. I'm going with a group of people, so don't have a car to use, and really don't want to buy food from the hotel. Any ideas on what I can take with me? I just don't know how…

carbonated water
i drink about one 33 oz bottle of zero calorie, zero sodium and zero sugar carbonated flavored water every day in addition to about 40-50 oz of regular water - i heard that carbonated water is bad but i'm not sure why -anybody know?

"Filling" foods are not filling...
So, I have been trying out all the different things I hear about on here for breakfast.
