weird questions
So I decided out of nowhere that I LOVE ORANGES!! Not a bad thing, except I started eating 2-3 a day. I also started getting acid reflux several times a week now as well....is it possible the two are related? I don't want to give up my oranges...but I think I may have to go down to one a day. i feel like no matter what i do i am over in daily sugar....does anyone feel like it is too low? i dont eat junk, i usually stay below carbs and calories. i do not understand how a person is supposed to eat fruit and granola bars while staying within the sugar allowance. someone help please!!? p.s. Costco pizza, disaster!
I had a late night meeting at work last night and they bought Costco Pizza. Pre-diet I would tear up 4 or 5 slices easily. I'm really trying to behave so I had 2.5 slices. Keep hitting plateaus!!!

WHY!?
WHY is it then everyday..in the afternoon around 4ish I am always hungry and then hungry all night even after eating dinner. Im fine in the morning but as the day goes Im so hungryy and I'm usually good but sometimes its hard to not eat what I really want.

GROSS!!!
OMG!!! I just ate some crazy hamburger and split an order of 1/2 lb of fried mushrooms and split 5 cheese sticks.... I feel like TOTAL.... COMPLETE crap!!!!! My stomach is killing me already...
