I slipped a little bit today...
so i got very upset this morning, my child was being a beast before he left for school. I tried to calm down, but I couldn't. I ended up eating a whole stack (16) of girl scout cookies, the thin mints. After I finished them, I didn't feel happy like I use to when I ate emotionally. It made me feel sick and fat and gross.

I get the feeling that the average meal there has to be at least 1,000 calories, and it's starting to freak me out a bit. :noway:

I switched over to Sun Crystals (it's a Stevia mixed sugar), 4 packets, 20 cals. So, I'm saving 70 cals. My question is, besides saving more calories, is there any health benefit what…
