My favorite snack
As a vegetarian, I get most of my protein and fats from carbs like nuts, seeds, and beans. I decided to swap out granola in my yogurt for sunflower seeds to get more protein and fat - yum! They're a little salty to mix with the sweet granola, and they make me eat my yogurt slower because I have to chew.

I am eating a Jello, Sugar Free, Banana Fudge Supreme pudding cup and MMMMMMmmmmmm is it yummy! The flavor is amazing- to me. Just thought I'd share....only 60 calories and 1 gram of fat- no sugar!

I am finding it hard to get my protein and fat up. I have no problem getting my carbs. What do you guys eat for protein and good fats. I have mine set at Carb 50%, Protein 25% and Fat 25%. In the food diary when it says 3 oz of ribs is that with the bone or without the bone because some of my ribs have hardly no meat on it and I don't want to put down 300 calories when I only had 200 calories. I know somethings say with bone removed but others don't Please advise
