cold stone- does this sound right?
i got a like it sized sinless sweet cream from cold stone and everywhere i look, it keep coming up as 150 calories. i know its supposed to be fat free but even the small size has to be at least a cup of ice cream. can that really be right?

Miracle Noodles

I try to be environmentally safe...BUT...
I have NO problem drinking water ....a TON of water all day long when its bottled water, but when I have to drink it out of a glass, I might have 1 or 2 glasses. Cutting Carbs
Okay, so based on the suggestion of the lovely members of the MFP boards, and my own preference I want to cut my carbs down. So, I changed my goals today to 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fats. Which gives me about 83 grams of carbs per day. Is this enough? Or should I eat less carb-o-liciousness?

I love this tracking program, I just do not agree with the protein amount suggested. I have been a competitive powerlifter for the last 10 years and I have to strive to get a mininum!!!! of 1 gram of protein to one pound of body weight. Comments?? Shayne

How much in the way of calories and fat does pan frying add
I want to fry some lean pork cutlets in a pan with olive oil. I won't be deep frying and if I use three tablespoons of oil, I'd be surprised. Anyone know if this adds significant calories, other than the oil itself? Curious.
