how often do you guys eat sweets?
i always set aside about 100 calories for something sweet every night. by sweets, i mean something unhealthy such as chocolate or cookies or such, not fruit or yogurt. so how often do you guys splurge?

Food Ideas for on the go people?
I never have time to prepare anything when I leave for work in the morning and Im not one to cook anything. Does anyone have any healthy food ideas for on the go people like me??? My biggest problem is I dont have time in the morning to prepare anything so I find myself eating out ALL THE TIME!!! Thanks :smile:

Drinking water
Since I have such a hard time drinking water, i was wondering if you think its about the same if I add a package of wylers light singles to go. Its a low calorie soft drink mix. you can get them in a ton of flavors, you just add the package to your bottle of water. (I think one pack is like 5 cal)

My husband just started MFP this week. His cals are set to 1,930/day, not counting exercise. Well, we just bicycled today and his HRM read that he burned 1,300 cals! So after entering breakfast, lunch, and a protein shake he has around 2,300 cals still to eat!!! My question is, how important is it that he eat all these????…

Chicken marsala---confused!
Why does chicken marsala have so many calories? Is it because of the gravy its in or the way its cooked? I usually scrape off the extra sauce so does it still mean that one 3oz piece is 300 calories? Oh and how many oz is a piece of chicken about 6.5 inches wide and 1cm thick?

I'm way over on sugar help!
I had a little breakfast and lunch today - banana and greek yogurt. So i had a lot of snack food and i ate an apple, 30 grapes, a pear, 10 baby carrots, and 2 nature valley granola bars. This added up to about 700 calories but 91 sugars! I have -94 sugars!! is this a bad thing??

Hi everyone! I've done a bit of research but can't find a good answer regarding how much sugar I should be eating daily. I don't eat anything that I would really consider 'sugery' other than fruit, and I do eat a lot of fruit. I am always way over on my sugar according to MFP. Any ideas about recommended sugar intake?

Protein???
I am always over in protein and under in calories and fat!! I ate 2 eggs for breakfast, salmon and brocolli for lunch and a Lean Cuisine panini with salad for dinner. I am over by 35 points in protein. Is that okay? Why is the protein set so low? Isn't it better to be low in fat and calories. Thanks for any advice!!
