Hey everyone, I am an amazingly picky eater!! I know this is very unhealthy and am considering searching out and talking to a Registered Dietitian, the only problem is that I am having trouble finding one. I am in Southern California.....can anyone point me in the right direction?!

Protein Intake
I love this tracking program, I just do not agree with the protein amount suggested. I have been a competitive powerlifter for the last 10 years and I have to strive to get a mininum!!!! of 1 gram of protein to one pound of body weight. Comments?? Shayne

How much in the way of calories and fat does pan frying add
I want to fry some lean pork cutlets in a pan with olive oil. I won't be deep frying and if I use three tablespoons of oil, I'd be surprised. Anyone know if this adds significant calories, other than the oil itself? Curious.
