Home of the whopper
Man, i love whoppers. Last night, i had some calories in the bank from a huge workout and I was craving something greasy and otherwise poisonous, so I drove over to BK and rocked a whopper w/cheese and a large fries. man was it good. Still under for the day too.

Over in protein
I seem to go over in protein a couple times a week and always am about 200-300 calories under a day. Any idea of a problem going over in protein. I still seem to be losing about 2 pounds a week, which is my goal.

post-running fueling and hunger control
Lately, on days that i run, it seems as if my hunger is out of control. I load up on protein afterwards, but that craving for something fatty sets in. i drink water and tea to curb that and eat lots of fresh fruit, but its as if my metaboism is out of control! what does everyone use for post-run protein?

I have been having a craving for GOOD hummus for about a week so I got some at the store over the weekend. It tasted really good BUT yesterday I had a veggie burger and used the roasted pepper as a condiment in place of mayo. YUMMY!!!!!!!!
