Keto - What worked for you?
I tend to do Keto, and then fall off the wagon because it’s just hard to satisfy myself and I miss certain meals. On top of, I begin to plateau. I’ve heard it’s good to kickstart yourself again by eating carbs every now and then. If so, how often? How long? And how much? Or has anyone ever done like keto during the week,…

Low glycemic load plan
I recently started following a low glycemic lifestyle, based on my doctors suggestion, and have lost 17 lbs in 1 month! I didn’t count 1 calorie, but rather ate foods that have a very minimal impact on my insulin spiking which causes fat to be stored. I find this to be easier to follow than Atkins or Keto, as there are…

Intermittent fasting
I’m a long time user of this app. Recently I’ve been doing intermittent fasting which is working fantastic! I’ve already lost 11 pounds this month. My issue with this app is if you input less than 1000 cal on your diary, it will not give you a complete progress report for your day. I eat 500 cal only every other day, and…

As many of you know there is a lot of conflicting information out there of how many calories you should eat. Personally I have lived in fear before of eating above 1200 calories. Negative Net Calories
I’m 110 pounds right now and usually have a negative net calorie intake, or about a 200 net calorie weekly average. This is just the difference between my exercise and food intake not including metabolism or anything. Is having the average net calories be negative good? Will it speed weight loss?
