Number of days logged in
My MFP says I've logged in 7 days in a row, but it's only been 2. I know that for sure. A week or so ago it said I had logged in 5 days in a row when I had only logged in 1 day. Has this happened to anyone else?

Rest Days?
So I’m not focusing on weight loss or bulking, but just general weight maintenance. Question, how often do you have rest days, or do you have any at all? Currently, I have 1 rest day for the week. I try to get movement/workout 6 days (including strength). Would walking be fine on a rest day or should I be allowing my body…

Accuracy of Body Scales and Loss of Muscle mass
I have a question about the accuracy of body scales. I bought a Garmin scale and monitor my body fat and muscle mass during my weight loss journey. So far I lost about 40lbs. It seem like 30lbs of it was body fat, 6lbs muscle mass and I guess the rest is water. My question is: how accurate are those scales? Why did I lost…

I messed up. Can I fix it?
I was so on point with my calories today and I was totally fine. And then my wife suggested getting Dairy Queen over and over and I caved and ate like 1500 calories. Ahhhh It’s like 6pm. Do you think I could just mark it as tomorrows meal and pretend like it never happened? And just eat a light dinner tomorrow to be at my…

CFH - Congestive Heart Failure LifeStyle Change
Hello My name is Charlotte and I have Congestive Heart Failure. I went through the Real Appeal program and lost weight for my Weight Loss Surgery on Dec. 23 of 2020. Three months ago I started waking up in the middle of the night gasping for air and weezing. I also noticed that I would lose my breath while walking from the…

I am having a hard time eating enough protein while keeping carbs and fat at the right amounts. By the end of the day I just can't eat anymore. I have never had this problem before.

Hitting my fiber goals but lately getting harder to poop!?!?! What?
Over the past 3 months I've been losing weight, eating predominantly whole foods, hitting my calorie/nutrition goals which includes daily fiber goals (for me it is 30g). I've specifically added fiber to my dashboard and making healthier food swaps to help me achieve that goal. But the last month or so I've had increasing…

My 17 year old son often doesn't eat enough food, or enough protein and has gotten skinny which he does not like. Looking for a book that will educate him on how to eat and exercise for muscle maintenance/gain. He is not into body building but interested in body weight exercises he can do at home. Ty.

Other T2D's or those who've had GDM (diabetes & diet)
Wondering if any other T2D's who've lost substantial weight still see signs of insulin resistance/glucose intolerance? I had GDM with my first/only pregancy 2 years ago. Using MFP and nutritional guidelines from my Endochronologist, and as strict moderate exercise program, while breastfeeding for a year I was able to lose…

Fats goals
I'm puzzled. My micronutrient goals for fat appear to be Saturated: 19g Polyunsaturated: 0g Monounsaturated: 0g Clearly (?) that's the wrong way round. Saturated ought to be as low as possible and the (healthier?) unsaturated fat goals should have some positive value. I have not set these goals and followed the "guided…

Little victory
I really hate posting pictures of myself, let alone "gym progress" photos... so go easy on me :) I am only a couple of months into my journey, but I thought it might be important to discuss my last few weeks. I lost 14lbs in the first 5 weeks, then it stopped. I did some research as in the past, I would have given up and…

Is Backloading Wrong?
On any given day, I find it easy to avoid eating anything until mid-afternoon. However, once I do eat I develop an appetite that increases throughout the rest of the day. I'm almost always under on carbs and over on protein. My sodium is a little high. Today, I hiked 3.5 miles before eating and felt fine. After eating for…

It’s not about you….
How do you deal with someone who makes everything about them?
