TDEE and eating back exercise calories no
Hi! I’ve been wondering about TDEE calculators. I know that the numbers are just indications and estimations. But do theses numbers take into account the calories burned during exercise ? For exemple, un order to lose 0.5kg/1lbs a week, I should be eating a little under 2000cal a day. Is that regardless of wether or not…

Lexapro and weight loss
I read a couple of posts on this subject from a while back, but I'm still curious...has anyone had experience with weight loss/gain while on Lexapro? I was just prescribed a very low dose (5 mg) and am nervous to see how it affects me. Much of my anxiety can be attributed to food; while I understand that treating…

Lose weight (fat) or body recomp
Sorry for the bad photos. I'm having trouble of what direction I should be heading in. I've lost 39lbs so far. Currently 75.7kg in weight and I am 33yo at 6ft tall. So I'm almost ideal weight but my body fat for belly and chest area is too much. According to my bluetooth scales although I don't believe it says bf is 16.1%…

Hi, All. I’m still learning and truthfully I really only get two things - one either wants to lose weight or one wants to gain weight. The toning, body recomp, bulk and cut cycle stuff confuses me. So I’m attaching some pics I found off the internet to help you help me - I hope! The first pics (two photos of the same…

Men - Does anybody measure their waist at the largest part of your belly?
I have lost 22 kgs in 3 years and more than 20cm out of my waist line, due to a combination of mild calorie restriction, intermittent fasting, ketogenic diet and longer fasts, including dry fasts. My current BMI is about 20, but my belly looks horrible, as there is some extra stubborn fat hanging just below the belly.…

Health checkup
I'm wondering if and especially on the nhs docs. Is it possible to get a good health check up with a few different tests and scans? I'd like to see how my health is going forward. For example simple blood tests for cholesterol levels should be fairly easy enough as well as blood sugar and such . But what about body fat…

When will I start noticing changes??
I've been working out for 4 months and have lost 22 lbs so far! I have been working so hard. I get up an hour earlier at least 4 times a week to work out for an hour on the elliptical. I ride about 4 miles on my bike in the afternoons and have been slowly adding more strength training to my weekly routines. I took pictures…

Exertion headaches and getting in shape
Hello, I've recently started training for a 5K for next month and I'm noticing that I'm feeling pretty tired after my 'runs' (really they are slow jog/walk cycles) to the point that I've had a nap the last two times. And then I end up with a low grade headache for the rest of the day, which my research indicates is likely…

Another CBD question
Do you know if CBD gummies could possibly cause night sweats? My sister has been taking them for a few weeks and all of a sudden she's developing night sweats. She's had night sweats before due to a med she was on for cholesterol(which she no longer takes). One night she didn't use the CBD and no night sweats. Coincidence…

Myfitnesspal have removed Imessage feature
Really disappointed that they have removed this feature with no real reasoning. Took me ages to find any info about it happening. It was very helpful for us to share our meals via imessage. We can do it through the diary sharing but this is tedious compared to sending a quick text.

Garmin forerunner 45
Hello! Can anyone with experience owning and using a 45 tell me if there is a widget or a way to get running data (speed specifically) when doing generalized cardio activities that include running? I do alot of training that includes a boot camp style, so running mode wouldn't be right. My 35 measured my speed and this one…

Body composition and BMR
Ive always wondered how much does body composition affect BMR and energy expenditure? For example, there are two women aged 27, 5’ 4” and both weigh 150 lbs. Woman A has 35% body fat and doesn’t exercise much whereas Woman B has 25% body fat and does strength training so she’s built much more muscle. How many more calories…
