Food/calories
Do I have to eat 2100 calories a day to be healthy? I usually eat about 1600 calories. Trying to get to 115lbs. I’m 120lbs 5’4 right now, but 2100 feels like a lot of food. Should I be eating a lot more to be healthy?

is it possible to ''save'' some of your calories for a time (such as a meal out or birthday)?
Hi all I've noticed in recent days that I have calories ''left over'' (even accounting for a bit of a buffer that I tend to leave myself for un-noted bits of food, such as that 1/2 a sugar in a coffee whilst out or similar). Is there an ''official way to apply them to a certain day or meal to show that I'm using them…

48-hour total calorie burn
So, I’m starting to make the shift towards tracking/counting calories weekly as opposed to daily and was curious-yesterday, for example, I had a big meal and today I know I’ll be eating less as I know I won’t be that hungry as the day goes on. I've been having issues with Fitbit syncing automatically, finally found a work around. Then yesterday it was showing 8k steps, which gave me ZERO for my exercise?! Negative Calorie Adjustment
Hi all, I have just joined the MFA this week and I am already ‘enjoying’ the added benefit of tracking my calorie intake.
