Weightloss & Self Esteem - Chicken & Egg
Thoughts? Does increasing self esteem lead to weight loss or weight loss lead to increasing self esteem and which is the healthiest way? Should you try and lose weight to increase self esteem or increase self esteem to lose weight or do the two go together to be successful? Or should the two be separate?

“Just” Calories In/Calories Out
Has anyone lost a significant amount of weight solely counting calories (not carbs, macro’s, etc...) from start to current — with no exercise /moderate exercise? By significant, I mean 20lbs plus... I would love all answers, but especially related to women in their 30’s +

Lose weight, get a shorter inseam?
Hiya, For the longest time, I wore jeans with a 32" inseam. Since September, I've dropped 40+ pounds, so I went out to buy new jeans (among other things). Many of the 32" inseam jeans I tried on were way too long, and I actually ended up getting a couple pair that had a 30" inseam. I KNOW I'm not shrinking. Well, I shrunk…

Sugar? Or "Added" Sugar?
I go over in MFPs sugar allotment frequently but it is bc I'm eating fruit. Should I be careful about natural sugar or just added sugar? I don't like MFP scolding me about being over!

How accurate is the Fitbit 2?
Does any one know how accurate the Fitbit 2 is in giving calorie burn over a 24 hour period. Especially, accuracy while brisk walking. Can it be relied on to provide a true calorie deficit after subtracting caloric intake? I wear it 24 hours minus shower time.

Good morning! I have been struggling a bit and I thought what better place to ask for help. A little background, I’m 25 y.o. & I have dieted and lost weight plenty of times before. I’m currently working out 6-7 days/week & eating 1,400-1,500 cals/day. The problem is I’m not losing anything. I’m very strictly following my…

Not losing
Ok so the first week but doing this I lost potentially 2-3lb although I didn't technically way before I started, just know what I was a couple of weeks ago. Since then I've been about 200 calories under everyday when I take into account my steps feed from Google Fit. I'm due to weigh tomorrow but at the moment it doesn't…

When you only have less than 20 calories at the end of the day
What do you eat at the end of the night when u only have less than 20-30 calories left? It's hard to find something with such low calories that would make a good snack. (Granted I've already eaten dinner & had a snack so I don't necessarily need it) or do you just not even bother? Thx!

Lost Weight in Winter/Gaining in Summer
I am starting again to try to lose weight by logging. I had looked at my history and realized that I had a trend of losing weight in winter month and stop during summer. I look at my MFP history, I always stopped logging around April and not sure what made me loose motivation at that time. I live in Southern California, so…

Vague-logging strategies?
So I know it's completely impossible to log restaurant food. But it's also a bad idea to just "not log" for a day or something, because one item is inaccurate. For example, I had a pizza slice at a not-chain place that doesn't list calories or anything. It was different from other places, with a massive pile of mushrooms…
